It's always clean and well kept.
I thought that I heard a dog in the hotel also the restaurant isn't that great for the price.
I've stayed at this hotel more than once. It's clean, comfortable, and upscale looking. The service reps are friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is traveling. I'm definitely going to look for other kimpton hotels when I travel. ...read more

It felt feminine-centered, I like that.
The bed was way too soft, my back hurt after two nights.
I was pleased to be able to examine a local hotel that I had heard of before, the Cypress Hotel, very womanly, with beautiful decor. The ambiance is quite wonderful for professional women, and there's an extra emphasis on safety, which I appreciated. The decor really is beautiful, solid, comfy, and pleasing to the eye. I was only sad to discover that my bed was too soft, and when I left two nights later, my back hurt. I think it may be time for the Cypress to start rotating in some new beds. The pool is not easily accesible

Love the room, clean, comfortable, comfy bed, great staff!
The pool is a bit of a hike to get to. No pull up bar in fitness room
You can't go wrong here. Stayed here many times when in the area. Great location, beautiful facility, warm and friendly staff, nice happy hour, super comfy bed, nice towels and a cool robe!
